Shipping

We deliver exclusively to UK Mainland addresses. We currently do not ship to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, or the UK Islands.

Orders placed before 13:00 Monday to Thursday are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 13:00 Thursday or over the weekend dispatch on Monday. We do not dispatch on UK bank holidays.

Standard delivery via DPD Local costs £3.95 (free on orders over £35). Your parcel will arrive the next day after dispatch.

You will receive a DPD Local tracking link via email or SMS upon dispatch. We recommend using the DPD App to set a safe place or choose a preferred neighbour.

Click & Collect

Shop online and collect in our shop on 32 Crawford Street, London W1H 1LS at your convenience. Please note that this service is currently not available in our Barnes shop.

Your order will be carefully prepared and ready for you to pick up in our shop.

Please always check our home page for information on opening hours. We are always closed on Bank Holidays and therefore cannot offer the Click & Collect service on those days.
